Workplace step challenge pricing

On Coached and Annual, most HR teams spend under 30 minutes in total. We set up everything, including teams, mascots and messaging, and provide ready-made launch comms. You approve, announce and watch it run.

Once you're signed up we can move fast, or work to your timeline. We typically recommend leaving a few weeks before the challenge starts so we can help you drive sign-up rates and get everyone onboarded and excited.

Coached and Annual include an impact report at the end of each challenge, with metrics on activity levels, team connection and wellbeing sentiment, plus fun highlights and content from the whole challenge.

You pay for the people who join, not your whole headcount. A free 5-day trial covers up to 10 people. Self-Run is €2 to €6 per person for a 7, 14 or 28-day challenge, with a €199 minimum, up to 150 people. Coached starts at 14 days: a launch fee from €1,450 plus €4 to €6 per person. Charity mode, white-label and a medal ceremony can be added when you book. Annual starts at 100 people. Each Annual challenge is priced at 50% of a one-off Coached 28-day challenge, and how many you can run scales with your headcount. Prices exclude VAT. On Coached and Annual, you get an impact report, highlights and a feel-good wrap-up to share internally. Many clients roll straight into the next challenge or move onto Annual to keep the energy alive.
