Challenge formats

Step challenge ideas for work

A team step challenge gives colleagues a shared goal for a set number of days. Go for Gold is 28 days (4 weeks) of daily goals. Leave No One Behind also runs for 28 days, and the team only wins if everyone finishes. A charity step challenge turns those steps into a donation. Challenges run for 7, 14 or 28 days.
