Do employees need fitness trackers?
No. The GoChallenge app connects to most phones via free apps like Google Fit, Fitbit or Apple Health. People with wearables such as Garmin or Fitbit can sync them; everyone else can track steps using their phone's sensors.
What if our people aren't sporty?
No. Walking counts, and everyone sets their own goal. Walking meetings, school runs and lunchtime strolls all count, and progress is shown as a percentage of that goal.
